Agenda for SOS Public Meeting – Tuesday, March 18, 2014

Good Evening SOS,

“As I grow older, I pay less attention to what people say. I just watch what they do.” —Andrew Carnegie

Tomorrow’s Meeting, Tuesday, March 18, 2014, will be at the Newman United Methodist Church, located at 132 NE “B” Street in Grants Pass, from 5:15 PM-6:15 PM.

The first ever St. Patrick’s Day Run for the LAW Awareness 5K/10K Run/Walk this past Saturday (March 15, 2014) was fantastic!

Community Awareness was our #1 priority and I think we achieved that with approximately 400 participants and over 450 people in attendance!

Committee Captain Bill West and his team and all our volunteers deserve grand recognition!

A proposal was made to the group, for SOS to purchase an iPad for an official SOS Secretary, to take notes at the weekly SOS meetings. The proposal required that the Secretary simply commit to the scribing of weekly notes and in return, get to keep the iPad for their efforts.

Frank Morin has been kind enough to donate the tablet. Now we need a Secretary. If you think you can do that job, contact us!
